Fire barrier
Ace Mortar Seal is a fire penetration sealing system consisting of fire-retardant chemicals mixed with cement /mortar in order to provide a sturdy fire seal. It is a light-weight, low-density firestop product which expands, ensuring a tight seal against the passage of fire, toxic gases and smoke. This type of firestop mortar can be adopted for openings in walls as well as cut-outs in floors, providing a fire rating of up to 4 hours.
Ace Mortar Seal is tested as per UL and FM standards. It is an FM approved product.
